Sunday WLS Express

Good morning Train Riders!  I've been a bit absent but I'm back (for a bit) this morning.  Very busy day yesterday, looked at lots of apartments, found one we liked then found out it doesn't have high speed internet.  Oh well, the search continues.  Got new speakers for my computer so I can have music while I work again.  Then went to a prayer vigil and praise service at church.  We're praying for a miracle at church and trusting that God will see us through.

Today I'm heading back to church, then lunch with the family, then up to Stonebriar Mall to hang with Jenny.  If anyone is in the area and wants some peeps time we'll be meeting in front of Barnes & Noble (inside) at 1:30, or give me a call on my cell and I'll let you know where we are at.  After that we have a pot luck at church, so I'll be doing lots and lots today.

Tomorrow is a holiday, WOOHOOO!!  And I have nothing planned.  I've got chores I need to do, but other than that I think I'm going to be a bum, cross stitch, watch bad daytime TV, then go to support group tomorrow night. 

On a very good note for me, I was down to 248.5 this morning!  I've crossed the mental threshold and stayed below it for a few days and it's so exciting to me.  Part of me never really thought I'd get below 250, so this is exciting new territory for me.  Nearly 3 years out and I can still be amazed, I love this!

Hey yall, well i actually read  and now im posting.  What a neat idea.  lol.  Well im back to insomnia from hell. Thank the lord that poor gina was working nights last nite so i texted with her a while.  This is SO not when i need the insomnia to kick in but im out of meds and the (**&)(* doc is in Pakistan (family ) and the on call doc wont refill the meds coz he's never seen me. Well duh, i have only been seeing that doc for a few months.. of course i have never seen him! GRRRRRR.  Then she says i need to be een and of course the next appt is Feb 11!.  Pray the damn doc gets back soon!

Other than that,  im doing pretty good lol.  Finallly starting to sink in about the move and the job. So strange how i have been waiting and waiting for months for something to happen and everthing happens in one day! lol.   
Will miss my FW peeps (and yes i will still be over here!) But looking forward to hanging with my East side peeps as well. 

Soooo appreciate the offers to help today and wanted to make sure and tell everone how much i appreciate their love and support over the last year!!!

Wish I was living a little closer...I need come serious PEEP time and don't see that happening in the forseeable future...dammit! I'm so glad that you have gotten a job and are back on your way to normal...oh wait a minute, forgot I was talking about Liz for a minute (jk-MUAH!)

Lots of offers of help...It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful the folks on the TMB are and I am just so glad that I found this place. Wish I was around to assist, but NO...I am stuck in BFE AL.....can you tell that I am at the point where I can barely tolerate this mess???  But I will work through this today and be positive and professional for my last 3 days at PPG and probably the end of my (short-lived) career at "The Company That Shall Remain Nameless".

I honestly dont know how i would have survived the last year and half without my peeps here.. they have saved my life more than once. So sorry you dont have peeps there to help.... but im sure you will be back amongst us SOON!!!!

Hey You Guys!
I am headed out to the FW Stock Show to watch Kaylee show in the open show. Two weeks will be the Jr Wether Show. The show starts at 1today, so I plan on getting there around noon. The rest of the family is at a nephew's birthday party at a paintball place. I'm not a paintball kind of girl...lol. Chase is at work. Today makes day three of his first job ever. He says its long but that they are nice and they feed him before he heads home.
